Harvest Hands CDC
Senior Director of Employee and Community Relations
Jessica Holman has worked within the Nashville nonprofit sector for over ten years. She is passionate about working within her community and providing opportunities for children and youth to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. She has her Masters of Education in Community Development from Vanderbilt and currently serves at Harvest Hands CDC as the Senior Director of Employee and Community Relations. Over her eight years at Harvest Hands, she has worked at both the program and leadership levels and has utilized a Christian Community Development approach alongside her personal expertise to create thriving programs, develop leaders, and operate the organization in an efficient way. In addition to her work in the community, Jessica loves basketball and the Vanderbilt Commodores. She works as a commentator for Vanderbilt’s women’s basketball team, has served as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt, and is the founder of HoopHer Elite Training, a basketball training company that focuses on developing fundamental basketball skills for girls. But her favorite job of all is being a wife and mom, and she spends most of her spare time creating memories with her family.
